Flange Connection Assembly – 3-Month Course
With heat pumps and modern piping systems growing fast, companies need skilled flange fitters who can install, supervise, and test leak-tight flange joints. Our 3-month training in Poland prepares you for safe, precise work on pressure equipment and helps you gain the competencies required for UDT certification.
You’ll learn flange types, gaskets and sealing rules, bolt classes and tightening methods, torque tools, common failure causes, safe dismantling, inspection procedures, and HSE standards. Practical classes cover correct assembly, gasket selection, workplace checks, and leak/pressure testing.
Minimum requirements: 18+, basic education, and a valid medical certificate.

Forklift Operator Course (UDT)
A 2-day training in Katowice/Gliwice/Zabrze that prepares you for the official UDT qualification exam. Day 1 covers theory in our classroom; Day 2 is hands-on practice on our training yard using the same forklift as during the exam. Price includes training materials plus hot and cold drinks. Optional add-ons: psychotechnical test (80 PLN/person), certificate translation EN/DE (65 PLN), duplicate certificate (65 PLN). We submit your exam application to UDT after the course; typical exam waiting time is 4–6 weeks. Group discounts available (3+ people).
