1. Who we are
coursesforme.com is operated by World Wide Project Solutions, Company ID 300486613, Tsotne Dadiani Street 7, Floor 2, Commercial Space N229, Tbilisi, Georgia. Email: info@coursesforme.com, phone: +995 579 077 683. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. What data we collect
- Account and order data: name, email address, phone number, billing address, the course you selected and, for in-person courses, the country and city.
- Learning data: course progress, test results and certificates issued.
- Messages you send us through the contact and registration forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies (see section 8).
We do not receive or store your full card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Bank of Georgia, which handles card data under its own security standards (PCI DSS).
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To create your account, process your order, give you access to the course and issue your certificate (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To answer your enquiries and keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where it applies to you, and the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
4. Who we share data with
- Bank of Georgia, to process your payment.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and email delivery services, which store and send data on our behalf.
- For the Forklift Operator Course in Poland only: our partner training centre in Poland, which delivers the course, receives your name, contact details and booking details so it can deliver the training, issue your certificate and register you for the UDT exam.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep data
- Account, learning and certificate records: while your account is active and for up to 5 years afterwards, so that certificates can be verified.
- Order and invoice records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@coursesforme.com; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the website, cart and login. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
