2. Our services
- Online courses: self-paced courses taken on this website.
- In-person courses: courses held at training locations in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and the Netherlands, delivered by World Wide Project Solutions.
- Forklift Operator Course in Poland: sold by World Wide Project Solutions and delivered by our partner training centre in Poland. The partner provides the training, issues the certificate of completion and registers you for the official UDT exam.
Each course page shows its content, duration, language, location, price and format.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown on each course page and at checkout, including any VAT or other taxes that apply. Your contract with us is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider, Bank of Georgia. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Access to online courses is sent by email immediately after payment. For in-person courses, we confirm the date and location by email. Full details are in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
6. Certificates
When you complete a course and pass its final test, you receive a certificate of completion issued by World Wide Project Solutions. For the Forklift Operator Course in Poland, the certificate of completion is issued by our partner training centre.
A certificate of completion is not an official government or industry accreditation. Unless a course page explicitly says otherwise, it does not on its own meet any legal, licensing or employer requirement. Please check what your employer or country requires before you buy. The official UDT operator certificate in Poland is issued only by UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) after you pass its exam.
7. Use of course materials
Your access to a course is personal and must not be shared. Course materials are for your own learning and must not be copied, distributed or resold.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
9. Liability
We provide our training content in good faith. We are not liable for indirect losses or for employment decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to info@coursesforme.com; we reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
